Who we are
This website is run by MB Renovation Services Limited (trading as MB Renovations), company number 15298536, registered office Unit 2 Centenary Business Centre, Hammond Close, Nuneaton, Warwickshire, CV11 6RY. We are the “controller” of the personal information you give us through this website. Contact us about anything in this policy at admin@mb-renovations.co.uk or on +44 7756 018237.
What we collect
When you use our contact form or estimator, we collect your name, email address, phone number, postcode or town, how you’d like to be contacted, and the details you give us about your project — including room sizes, colour and paint choices, wall condition, extra work, your preferred viewing date and any photos you choose to send. We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive information such as health details.
How we use it, and our lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange a viewing and prepare a quote — because you have asked us to take these steps before entering into a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- To carry out and manage any work you agree to — to perform our contract with you (Article 6(1)(b)).
- To keep business and tax records — to meet our legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).
- To keep our website secure and working — in our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).
We will never sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent. The website estimate is calculated automatically, but it is only a guide: no decision about you is made by automated means alone, and every quote is confirmed by a person after a viewing.
Who we share it with
Only with the services we need to run the website and our business: our website and email host (IONOS), our form-delivery service (Web3Forms), which passes your message to our inbox, and Google Fonts, which supplies the website’s typefaces and receives your device’s IP address when a page loads. If you go ahead with work, we may share the necessary details with trusted tradespeople working on your job, and with our accountant. We may also share information where the law requires it.
Transfers outside the UK
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and valuations that don’t lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Records relating to work we carry out are kept for six years after the job is finished, for guarantees, accounting and legal reasons.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Contact us at admin@mb-renovations.co.uk — we will respond within one month. There is normally no charge.

By using the site you agree to them. They do not cover any building or decorating work — that is covered by the written quote and terms we give you before work starts.
Estimates and prices
Prices produced by our online estimator are an indicative guide only and are not a quote or an offer. Material prices are based on retailer prices when last updated and can change because of price changes, offers ending or low stock. Your final price is confirmed in writing after a viewing, once we have checked measurements, the condition of surfaces and the time needed.
Viewing requests
Booking a viewing through the website is a request. It is confirmed only when we contact you to agree the date and time.
Images
Some images on this website are illustrative and may not show work carried out by MB Renovations. Colours shown on screen are approximate and may look different on your walls.
Using this website
Please don’t misuse the site, try to gain unauthorised access to it, or submit false or misleading information. We may update or suspend the site at any time.
Our content

Our commitment

What we’ve done
- Every page and form can be used with a keyboard, with visible focus outlines.
- Text and buttons use readable colour contrast.
- Form fields have clear labels and error messages.
- Images have text alternatives where they carry meaning.
- Animations are reduced or switched off if your device asks for reduced motion.
- The site works on phones, tablets and computers, and can be zoomed to 200%.
Known limitations
Colour swatches in the estimator are approximate and rely partly on colour; every swatch is also labelled with its name. We are continuing to review the site and will fix any problems we find.
